Shipping and returns

• Delivery: 7 to 15 business days from our international warehouse, with tracking number.
• Taxes included: the price already includes all taxes; you will not have to pay anything upon receiving your order.
• Returns: you have 14 calendar days from delivery. Keep the box, manual, and all accessories: they are necessary for the return to be accepted. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered.
• Did it arrive damaged or incorrect? Write to us at contacto@petsforyou.es with photos or a video as soon as possible and we will replace it or refund your money, without the need to return it.
