Shipping and returns

• Delivery: 7 to 15 business days from our international warehouse, with a tracking number.
• Taxes included: the price already includes all taxes; you will not have to pay anything upon receiving your order.
• Returns: you have 14 calendar days from delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered.
• Did it arrive damaged or incorrect? Email us at contacto@petsforyou.es with photos or a video as soon as possible and we will replace it or refund your money, without the need to return it.
